Alba Ribes is a model and advocate for body respect, authentic representation and self-love in fashion. Growing up, Ribes often faced judgment about her body from peers this knocked her confidence and then affected her sense of belonging in the fashion industry, which has long been defined by tough beauty standards.
For many years, Ribes questioned whether there was truly space for someone like her in fashion. But over time, she chose to reclaim the narrative. Modelling became more than just her profession. It became a personal journey toward rediscovering self-love and worth.
Alba Ribes has just completed six consecutive seasons at London Fashion Week and recently made her debut at Paris Fashion Week, where she walked for the first time.
Her work is part of a broader movement of challenging narrow beauty standards in industry and encouraging more inclusive representation. Through her presence on runways and campaigns, she hopes to inspire others to embrace every inch of their bodies.
Alba is currently represented by Diversity Agency, In House Models, Stanley’s Model Management, and Volkova Agency. As her career continues to grow internationally, she remains committed to using her platform to promote authenticity, self-acceptance, and meaningful change within fashion.
