Whether you’re looking to renovate your home, seeking style inspiration or want a more sustainable way of living, the Ideal Home Show has got you covered.
This weekend saw the opening of the 2023 Ideal Home Show, located at London, Olympia.
Open for 17 days, between March 17 and April 2 2023, the Ideal Home Show brings together over 600 brands into one big exhibition for attendees to draw inspiration from. The exhibition also has a range of workshops, guest speakers and demonstrations to watch and take part in.
The Ideal Home Show offers ‘inspiring ideas, to innovative products and on-trend solutions for your home’ and delivers ‘full scale ideal homes’.
Jeanette Bruce, 68, retired said: “We’ve been wanting to decorate our house for a while but we’ve never got round to doing it so we thought we’d come along today to look at all the show homes to make us motivated to get started.”
Mrs Bruce added: “There’s so many stalls that have products you wouldn’t have thought you’d want like light switches matching the colour of your walls.”



Celebrity guests and experts
Throughout its run, the Ideal Home Show will host a range of celebrity guest speakers providing free tips, tricks and advice in their respective fields. In the opening weekend interior designer, Laurence Llewelyn Bowen and celebrity chef, Rosemary Shrager gave guests their expertise in interactive demonstrations and talks.
Other guests that will be making an appearance later in the month include; MoneySavingExpert Martin Lewis, husband and wife cooking team Lisa Falkner and John Torode, celebrity gardener David Domoney, home organisers The Style Sisters, and many more. Eat and Drink Festival

Ticket holders also gain access to the Eat and Drink Festival located on the top floor of the venue as part of their tickets.
There are a variety of food stalls and stands, ranging from spicy Indian curries, to slow-cooked American style ribs. Also, the Artisan Producers’ Market has a range of fresh produce to browse through whilst having a nibble on the free samples and watching live demos at the Main Stage.
Lynn Murrays, 58, teacher said: “There is so much to choose from, I really don’t know what to have. I was going to have one of those grand burgers but then I was given a free sample of Greek food so I might have that instead. But who’s going to stop me from having both?”
