Damian Gierek, 21, a Carpenter and Islington local, said: “Often, I go very often for clubbing, but that’s with my friends; if I’m going with my girlfriend, we’d go to the music concerts. We don’t choose a specific artist; we just pick randomly and enjoy the vibe.”
Islington Assembly Hall
Islington Assembly Hall is not to be outdone, hosting an array of notable performances. SEA POWER, a band acclaimed for their unique indie rock style, is scheduled to perform on February 17th. Their concerts are known for their energetic and engaging nature. Additionally, the venue will host the Crash Test Dummies, recognised for their alternative rock sound, on February 9th.
Towards the end of the month, on February 29th, The Bees, a psychedelic indie band from the Isle of Wight, will take the stage. These performances are eagerly anticipated and are sure to provide unforgettable experiences for attendees.

Olivia Bell, 38, an Islington local and manager at Boots, said: “It’s the best thing around here unless I’m going to the pub; usually I go to both. I love rock music, ever since I was a teenager, and I go with my husband and kids or friends because it’s nostalgic of when I was younger.”
There is an endless list of artists and genres to be heard, as this month is filled with endless performances. February truly is a blessing for music fans in Islington. This area boasts its cultural wealth, engagement with the locals and the wider public, and ongoing commitment to providing quality live music experiences and other events.
