A man who killed a father of three by dangerous driving in Enfield has pleaded guilty to his charges at Wood Green Crown Court this morning.
Burga Berker, 34, from Wentworth Gardens in Palmers Green hit Kemal Unsalan, 50, whilst driving a mechanically modified black BMW at 2am on 20th March on Southbury Road.
The vehicle was later found in Chingford.
Two other men aged 30 and 26 were charged in connection with the hit-and-run and were released with no further action taken.
Berker failed to stop at the scene and today pleaded guilty to also giving a false report on 28th March in which he said that his car and keys had been stolen.
Berker is set to appear before Wood Green Crown Court on 24th May for further sentencing.
